Size Guide

Do questions like waist size, inseam/outseam trouble you?

Not sure exactly what length your jeans should be?

Gunmetal is your one-stop shop for knowing the latest styles & fall trends.  We’ve got all the answers, making sure you never leave the house in ankle swingers or drowning in denim.

To put it as simple as possible, men’s jeans should break just on top of your shoe but its always a personal preference and individual style.

In this post we’re going to look at various ways to style and alter the length of your denim, from simply allowing your jeans to break on or just above your shoes and avoid single/double cuffing.

Please read our below mentioned guidelines to find your best fit.

The correct way to measure the jeans is to learn the terminologies first. Please refer to the below image and respective details.

1) Waist Measurement :

For the waist, lay your jeans flat and buttoned. Pull the front waistband upwards so that the top edge is flush with the back waistband. Measure the waistband from end to end and multiply this number by two.

2) Inseam Measurement :

Measure from the crotch Point (base of the zipper) to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.

3) Outseam Measurement:
Measure from the upper edge of the waist band to the bottom of the leg ( Thumb rule for Outseam =Inseam + 10 inches ) .
